This is set up as a form to make it easy to complete the fields. Please save this file to a location of your choice and then simply type in each of the spaces, using the tab key to move to the next space.  Where there are boxes you just need to click the mouse on the box of your choice and it will automatically select.  Once you have finished email the completed form to georgia@hardingconsultants.co.nz

Young Professionals and Students Registration

Young Professionals are able to attend the conference with a subsidized registration fee. This also applies for students who are studying full time.  Click here to view more information and details of application.

Registration Fee for IPENZ Transportation Group Conference includes
•    Attendance at all conference sessions.
•    Bag and contents.
•    Morning and afternoon teas and lunch – Monday and Tuesday.
•    One ticket to the opening function on Sunday evening.
•    One ticket to the conference dinner on Monday evening.


Exhibitor Fee for IPENZ Transportation Group Conference includes
•    Bag and contents.
•    Morning and afternoon teas and lunch – Monday and Tuesday.


Single Day Fee for IPENZ Transportation Group Conference includes
•    Attendance at conference sessions for relevant day.
•    Bag and contents.
•    Morning and afternoon teas and lunch – for Monday OR Tuesday.


Young Professionals Fee for IPENZ Transportation Group Conference includes
•    Attendance at conference sessions for relevant day.
•    Bag and contents.
•    Morning and afternoon teas and lunch – for Monday OR Tuesday.


Students Fee for IPENZ Transportation Group Conference includes
•    Attendance at either all conference sessions or conference sessions for relevant day.
•    Bag and contents.
•    Morning and afternoon teas and lunch – for either both days; or either Monday OR Tuesday.


Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please note you must advise the Conference Secretariat on 03-352-5598 or email glenda@hardingconsultants.co.nz

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made on or before Friday 5 April 2013 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. No refunds will be given after this date.

If you cancel your accommodation after Friday, 15 March 2013, you may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the conference organising committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
