Manual Registration 

Click here to download a manual registration form in word format. This is set up as a form to make it easy to complete the fields. Please save this file to a location of your choice and then simply type in each of the spaces, using the tab key to move to the next space.  Where there are boxes you just need to click the mouse on the box of your choice and it will automatically select.  Once you have finished email the completed form to moira@hardingconsultants.co.nz

Single Day Registrations include:

3. Morning and Afternoon Teas (for selected day)
4. Lunch (for selected day)

Young Professional Registrations include:
1. Attendance at the conference sessions (for selected day)

4. Lunch (for selected day)

Student Registrations include:
1. Attendance at either all conference sessions or conference sessions for selected day.
2. Bag and Contents
3. Morning and Afternoon Teas (for all days or selected day)
4. Lunches (for all days or selected day)


Young Professional and Student Registration

Young Professionals are able to attend the conference with a subsidised registration fee.  This also applies for students who are studying full time.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend once you have registered, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please note you must advise the Conference Secretariat on  03 352 5598 or email elizabeth@hardingconsultants.co.nz

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made on or before Monday 10 March 2014, will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. No refunds will be given after this date.

If you cancel your accommodation after Friday 21 February 2014, you may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the conference organising committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
