Sponsorship / Exhibition Area
The Rotorua Energy Events Centre was purpose built for exhibitions and conferences and provides versatility to showcase trucks and equipment that meet the specific point load requirements for the Unison Arena and the height limitations related to the Grand Hall. High ceilings in the Arena, full stage lighting facilities and a clear floor means displays are only limited by your imagination.

Click here to download the Delivery Consignment Note for all deliveries to the venue. Please note if you don't use this delivery note your items may go missing. The convention centre has many conferences (including one finishing the day before we pack in and one starting the day we pack out.)
There will be three types of exhibition opportunities available.
Unison Trade Arena – (All Catering for morning and afternoon teas, lunches and both Happy Hours will be served here)
- Trade Booths (Single or Double)
- Area (small vehicles weighing up to a maximum of 3 tonnes, with a load point no heavier than 500kgs)
- Engines (with a load point no heavier than 500kgs)
Grand Hall – main thoroughfare for all delegates – (no catering served here)
- Small engines (no weight limit – other than forklift weight limit of 1.3 tonnes – exhibitor could arrange alternative) and there is no necessity to “man” the stand.
- An Exhibitor in the Unison Trade Arena may have a booth AND have the engine located in the Grand Hall. Todd Harris Sculptures will be displayed in the Grand Hall (see picture on left)

The floor plans are indicative at this stage. Final layout will be determined once the final numbers of booths, trucks and engines have been ascertained.
